Responsibilities
 * Helping our clients realise their strategic transformation agenda through leading insight and exceptional delivery. You’ll be up to date on Public Sector trends and issues and a recognised subject matter expert in Healthcare.
 * Developing deep, trust‑based relationships with clients in a sell‑deliver model.
 * Bringing the power of the global Capgemini organisation to drive improved account delivery and client success.
 * Working with the leadership team in the Public Sector, to build the team that will continue to deliver excellence for our clients. This means recruiting, engaging, developing and supporting a diverse team, and role‑modelling your passionate focus on delivering the best outcomes for every client.
 * Supporting Capgemini Invent’s market offerings by writing propositions that reflect our position as a leading public sector management consultancy.
Additional Role Activities
 * Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
 * Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development, partnerships and alliances.
 * Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
Your Profile
 * A passion for the Healthcare in the Public and Private Sectors and a keen interest in making a positive difference for society.
 * Direct NHS consultancy and digital transformation experience at a senior level, including complex delivery (operational and/or clinical) and team leadership.
 * A background from a management consulting practice or equivalent experience.
 * Experience of designing and leading large scale, complex programme management and transformation initiatives in the Public Sector.
 * Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
 * Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
 * Experience of proposition building and delivery.
 * Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c. £2m of consulting revenues annually.
