This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering the next generation of Digital Engineering Management capability for one of the world’s most complex and forward‑looking engineering environments.
The Role
As PLM Systems Manager, you’ll take accountability for the Digital Engineering Management Systems workstream within the Engineering Tools function, overseeing delivery and operation of the 3DX PLM platform.
You’ll work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers and enterprise‑level stakeholders to ensure that the digital backbone of the programme operates seamlessly – enabling innovation, integration and secure collaboration across the entire engineering lifecycle.
 * Lead the delivery and management of digital systems that underpin engineering management capabilities.
 * Oversee the embedded vendor team delivering the 3DX PLM implementation.

 * Solid understanding of cybersecurity and secure‑by‑design principles.
 * Experience with service management and IT operations.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Why Apply
