They have embarked upon a number of large andplex technology transformation initiatives and are seeking a seasoned, confident and reliable Cloud (Azure) Infrastructure Engineer to support their team.Your new roleIn this position you will be responsible for managing on premise and public cloud (azure) infrastructureponents supporting a large-scale transformation programme. You’ll ensure stable, scalable and reliable Azure hosted environments alongside the management of BAU on premise infrastructure. You will –
1. Design, build, configure, and maintain Azure environments
2. Manage Azure, networking, security, storage, and monitoringponents in line with Microsoft best practices.
3. Establish and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep, ARM or Terraform
4. Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and integration
What you'll need to succeedKey Skills / Experience required :-
5. Similar experience as an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
6. Hands-on experience managing Azure services such as Virtual Networks, Azure DevOps, Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage & Azure Monitor
7. CI / CD pipelines & automation
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive apetitive package of circa £65,000pa and work on a hybrid flexible pattern, typically 3 days per week on site in Bath (with parking). This will initially be an 18-month fixed-term contract but could extend.
