Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Our client designs, develops, and delivers offsite-prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions to major projects across the UK and Europe.

The Role
As Electrical Assembly Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading and developing the electrical assembly function within the Belfast facility. You'll oversee a dedicated team and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily electrical assembly operations to meet production schedules.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a growing electrical assembly team.
* Liaise with Project Managers to track progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
* Oversee quality control, compliance, and safety standards across all activities.
* Support efficiency and performance initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve productivity.
* Attend project and site meetings, ensuring smooth coordination of materials and resources.
* Manage subcontractors and ensure all RAMS documentation is complete and up to date.
About You
Essential
* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Project Manager in a manufacturing, construction, or engineering environment.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to inspire others to deliver results.
Desirable
* Experience implementing continuous improvement or lean initiatives.
