This is a new store opening in September/October in Leeds!
Your Recipe for Success:
As our Deputy Store Manager, you'll assist the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
A Typical Day at Work:
* Brief your team on daily goals.
* Engage with customers and assist them in finding products.
* Train your team on products and customer service skills.
* Maintain store standards and perform general duties.
* Prepare the store for the next day at the end of your shift.
Requirements
Daily Activities:
* Support store operations and ensure smooth running.
* Take charge in the Store Manager's absence.
* Create memorable shopping experiences to encourage repeat visits.
* Inspire your team to become product experts and brand ambassadors.
* Maintain an inviting store layout.
* Monitor costs and find efficiencies without compromising quality.
* Ensure stock accuracy and address any issues.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Enjoy engaging with customers and providing excellent service.
* Have retail experience in a similar role.
* Be motivated to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Possess natural leadership qualities and a positive attitude.
* Be an effective communicator and motivator.
* Be detail-oriented and well-organized.
* Be comfortable with computers and POS systems.
