The Package
💰 Basic Salary: £21,750 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
💸 Realistic Earnings (including commission): £26,000 - £31,000
⏰ Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

The Job
📅 Start your day with updates at the morning meeting
Make customers feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their journey
💬 Assist in presenting and negotiating offers and help progress deals
Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book additional services (i.e. mortgages)
📈 Identify leads and generate new business to boost performance
Primarily office-based, but if you enjoy being out and about, viewings will be a great part of the job!
The Person
A minimum of 6 months Lettings experience is essential
😊 Positive, driven, and ready to make things happen
A thirst for self-development and a passion for learning
💖 Genuine care for customers and a strong work ethic
Full driving license and your own car
💼 Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
