* Running and growing relationships with big, complex corporate clients (think clients paying fee income of between £100k-£300k.
* Raising the game across the wider Corporate team.
* Sharpening pitch craft and helping (structure and) articulate a stronger risk management proposition
* Being a genuine strategic voice, not just a handler of renewals
