What you'll be doing
Working as part of the retail team you will help run our projects using in-house software systems, organising and managing them on time. You will also help with purchasing and learn to run projects. Further insight,
* Welcome customers into our showroom
* Answering Telephone
* Liaise with our design team and to run projects.
* Place orders
* Run a strict diary ensuring all customers are responded to quickly and efficiently, delivering exceptional customer service at all times
* Work closely with project manager to help run customer care and ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally
* Full training will be provided
How you will qualify for the role
Ideally you will be a confident person who already has basic experience in office/administration and working in customer facing role. Using Our systems you will be working on a number of projects so excellent time management and organisational skills are a must, as you'll need to plan your workload in line with project requirements. You'll work closely with our clients so it's really important that you are good at maintaining and developing strong relationships. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
