Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant
Location: Rochester / Gillingham / Medway
Start Date: IMMEDIATE (Yes… as in right now, if you’re ready!)
Salary: £90 – £110 per day

Whether you’re experienced with:
Autism / ASD
SLD
PMLD
SEMH
EBD
ADD
…or all of the above, we have schools who would LOVE to have you on board.
The successful SEND LSA will have:
• Experience working in SEND settings (AKA: you’ve got heart and skill)
• Confidence supporting children 1:1 or in groups
• Top-tier classroom management (calm, collected and maybe slightly magical)
• A nurturing personality — the kind that makes pupils feel safe, seen and supported
• A willingness to jump in, help out and make a difference EVERY day
