Job Title: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Salary: From £13.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible working options available)

Working Pattern
* 40 hours per week

o 4 days per week (long days), or
o 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping children’s early learning experiences:
* Key Person Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with a designated group of children and their families, monitoring development and wellbeing
* Curriculum Planning: Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework
* Observations & Assessments: Accurately track and support children’s progress using digital systems
* Learning Environment: Maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organised setting both indoors and outdoors
* Team Support: Act as a role model and provide guidance to Level 2 practitioners and apprentices

Requirements
* A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development

* A positive, team-focused attitude
