These are temporary roles, with the positions expected to last for about a month. Ideal candidates will be friendly, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
While experience with Thai cuisine is a plus, what we're truly looking for is a passion for excellent customer service and a dedication to creating a memorable experience for our diners.
Key Duties:
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Take orders and ensure accuracy when entering into the system
* Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
* Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service
* Process payments and manage cash handling
* Support the team with opening and closing duties as needed
