Technical Account Manager - Enterprise Mobility Solutions / Mobile Device Management
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong sales capabilities to lead both the technical delivery and commercial growth of enterprise mobility solutions (primarily MDM/EMM platforms). The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise with on-premise deployments and also excels at building long-term customer relationships that drive revenue. This role will manage the full customer lifecyclefrom technical onboarding to commercial upsell and renewal strategy.
Essential
* 510 years of experience in technical account management, solution engineering, or sales engineering
* Proven track record in MDM/EMM solution delivery and account expansion or renewal sales
* Hands-on experience with on-premise enterprise deployments
* Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills
* Experience managing enterprise/public sector customers with complex procurement processes
* Ability to bridge business goals with technical execution
