Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Winchester on a 3 month fixed term contract, 35 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
* Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
* Contribute towards the success of the store by: ensuring the highest standard of customer service, achieving targets, maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising, maximizing sales through physical and digital channels, supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers, achieving expectations within campaign activities, and working with the manager to generate stock.
* Operate in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
* Contribute to funding life-saving research through donations and store activity.
