Prepare specifications, drawings, and risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new build projects. Oversee tendering, contract management, and project delivery, ensuring quality and compliance. Conduct site surveys, including condition assessments, dilapidations, measured surveys, and defect analysis. Work on conservation projects, exploring materials, repair methods, and quality control.
