About the Role
Retail Assistant position at Holland & Barrett, located at Huddersfield Rd, Oldham. Working pattern: 10 hours per week. Hourly rate: £13.17 per hour. Job type: Permanent.
What You'll Do
* Be the face customers trust to guide them on their wellness journey.
* Keep shelves stocked, displays looking great, and promotions running smoothly.
* Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and store presentation.
* Complete Qualified to Advise training to support customers with trusted expertise.
* Showcase growing expertise by recommending products and solutions.
* Work with the team to achieve store targets and deliver outstanding results.
* Act as a Health and Wellness Ambassador for customers.
Who You Are
* A natural communicator with excellent people skills.
* Passionate about health, wellness, and curious to keep learning.
* A team player with the ability to multi‑task and stay organised.
* Comfortable with technology, using tablets for product reviews and solutions.
* Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a bonus; passion and attitude matter most and full training will be provided.
