We’re on the lookout for an inspirational and resilient SEND Teacher to join a fantastic independent specialist school that supports students with Autism and SEMH needs. Whether you’re looking for something long-term, permanent, or more flexible like ad hoc/supply work — we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll be delivering personalised learning in small class sizes, helping every student shine in a supportive and inclusive environment. Every day is different, every lesson matters — and you’ll have the freedom and resources to teach creatively.

✅ What You’ll Need
1. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
2. Strong behaviour management skills
3. A big heart and a passion for celebrating progress (however small!)
4. Motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude
