Job Title: Catering Assistant

If so, join Bere Clinica, a service for young people aged 12-18 with Eating Disorders, where you will work 37.5 hours a week with an established and dedicated kitchen team.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will support in meal preparation, maintain a clean and safe environment, and assist with deliveries. This role offers a great social aspect, allowing interaction with people outside the kitchen regularly.

Responsibilities:
* Assist catering staff with meal preparation and cooking in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Serve food and beverages to service users, staff, and visitors.
* Maintain storage procedures and stock rotation.
* Ensure all areas, equipment, and furniture are cleaned and stored correctly.
* Ensure the kitchen and related areas meet hygiene standards and comply with policies.
* Liaise with the wider team, including dietitians, regarding dietary needs and planned meals.
Minimum Requirements:
* Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

About the Role:
You will provide care and support to young people aged 12-18 with Eating Disorders or related conditions, such as mental health issues, depression, OCD, anxiety, or self-harm.
