The Role
As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen. You'll lead from the front, setting standards, driving consistency, and delivering menus built around fresh, seasonal ingredients.
You'll inspire and develop your team, creating a positive, high-performing kitchen culture where quality and teamwork go hand in hand. Every dish leaving the pass will reflect your attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to excellence.
Alongside leading the team, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen—ordering, stock control, supplier management, and hitting key financial targets. You'll keep a close eye on food costs, wastage, and labour, ensuring a smooth and efficient service at all times.
