We're excited to offer an opportunity to join our Payments team as a Payment Operations Advisor - a role at the heart of ensuring our transactions are processed accurately, securely and on time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your operational expertise, work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. What will your day look like

* Make all payments as required for assigned systems / business lines
* Booking of daily cash transactions to accounting and sub‑ledger system
* Providing information to relevant parties from the banking software
* Research and solve payment discrepancies and assist with customer queries
* Perform reconciliation on some related accounts and generate ageing analysis
* Prepare monthly business assurance
* Assist with testing as and when deemed applicable
* Accurate recording of Data
* Opening of Bank Accounts
* Working closely with all business lines to deliver exceptional service


What do we expect from you

* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* High level of numeracy
* Ability to work well independently using your own initiative and under pressure.
* Good organisational skills are essential as you will be managing multiple applications at all different stages in the process simultaneously.
* Ability to develop strong relationships with 3rd Party Suppliers and other departments.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver the end result.
* Supporting and driving new initiatives and programmes of change
* Confident in decision making
