Clinical Nurse Specialist (Band 6) - CommunitySalary: £31,248 - £37,627.20 Per Annum, Depending on Experience (£39,060 - £47,034 Full-Time Equivalent)Hours: 30 Hours Per WeekPart-TimePermanentThis is an exciting opportunity for any individual who is interested in palliative care and end of life care to join our dynamic specialist team.We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated experience Registered Nurse to join the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of specialist palliative care to patients and their families.The post holder will need to be able to work autonomously and be responsible for complex holistic assessments and planning care to meet patients practical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs.
