Job Coach (x2 Positions Available)

Salary: £25,165 per annum pro rata (Grade 2)

Post 1: 11 hours per week; Post 2: 28 hours per week

Part-Time, Term-Time Only, Permanent

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Job Coach to join our exceptionally busy and professional Foundation and ALS team. If you have experience of supporting young people in an education/workplace setting this role could be for you!


Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include supporting learners with a range of needs within an education/workplace setting, presenting confidently and professionally to other employers, and contributing to the Foundation and ALS team to help learners become Skills Ready and Future Ready. You will work as part of the Foundation and ALS team to support young people in their progression and employer engagement where relevant.


Qualifications and Skills

You’ll have a minimum of 2 GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English and the experience in supporting learners with a range of needs. You should be enthusiastic, positive, have good problem-solving skills, and be able to present confidently and professionally to other employers.
