The Role We are looking for a warm, dynamic, and experienced Front of House Supervisor / Manager to be the face of The Warwick Hotel.
In this vital role, you will lead the daily operations of our guest-facing departments, encompassing the reception, lounge, and dining areas. You will be the ultimate guardian of our guest experience, ensuring that every visitor feels the authentic, generous hospitality that our brand is built upon. Whether you are an experienced Supervisor ready to step into management, or an established FOH Manager looking to join an expanding group, this role offers the chance to make a tangible impact and grow alongside our business.
Key Responsibilities Champion the Guest Experience: Be the ultimate host. Ensure every guest receives a warm, personalized welcome and experiences the vibrant hospitality inspired by the Pearl of the Indian Ocean throughout their stay.

Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, train, and motivate the Front of House team (receptionists, concierges, and F&B servers). Instill a culture of passion, attentiveness, and high standards.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily shift operations, manage staff rotas, and ensure smooth communication between Front of House, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen.

Issue Resolution: Handle guest feedback and resolve any complaints with empathy, professionalism, and rapid problem-solving skills to turn potential negatives into positive reviews.

Upselling & Revenue: Encourage the FOH team to confidently upsell our unique food, beverage, and room offerings to maximize daily revenue.

Standards & Compliance: Ensure the lobby, dining, and reception areas are immaculately presented at all times and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

The Ideal Candidate Experience: Proven supervisory or management experience in a hotel Front of House, Reception, or Food & Beverage environment.

Hospitality at Heart: You naturally exude warmth and friendliness. You have a genuine passion for making people smile and an appreciation for diverse cultures and vibrant food.

Lead by Example: You are a hands-on leader who prefers to be on the floor supporting your team rather than hiding behind a desk.

Calm Under Pressure: You thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and can handle stressful situations with grace and a clear head.

Excellent Communicator: Brilliant verbal and written communication skills, with fluent English.
