We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with a commitment to customer service to join us as a Receptionist at our thriving National Cat Adoption Centre in Haywards Heath. You will join us working 35 hours per week on a rota basis (to include 1 in 4 weekends) and in return you will receive a salary of up to £21,099.29 per annum plus excellent benefits. Hours are 8am-4pm. Since 1927, Cats Protection has helped thousands of cats each year, across the UK. Responsibilities of our Receptionist: As a Receptionist, you will provide information and assistance to the general public, volunteers and other stakeholders over the telephone, through face to face communication and via email, as well as providing administrative support to the Centre. What we’re looking for in our Receptionist: Previous administration or customer service experience A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
