What You'll Do As part of this dynamic practice, you'll handle a wide range of non-contentious commercial and technology work, including: Drafting and negotiating IT outsourcing, hosting, and licencing agreements. Advising on digital transformation projects and cutting-edge technologies such as AI, FinTech, InsurTech, PropTech, and HealthTech. Supporting clients with data protection and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with specialists on procurement and large-scale technology implementations. Senior Associates will lead on major projects, manage key client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. What We're Looking For Associate: 2-4 years' PQE in commercial contracts and technology matters. Senior Associate: 5 years' PQE with a track record of leading complex projects. Skills: Exceptional drafting and negotiation ability, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management. Sector Knowledge: Experience in technology, media, telecoms, or data protection is a plus.
