The Role We’re looking for a qualified Sports Massage Therapist to join our team for 8 hours per week, with room to expand as demand grows. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients' training journeys by delivering high-quality massage and recovery treatments. You’ll collaborate closely with our personal trainers to provide a joined-up, client-centred approach to fitness, injury prevention, and wellbeing. Your work will be a core part of our holistic ethos. What You'll Do Provide sports massage and recovery treatments to clients Maintain accurate client notes and treatment records Collaborate with personal trainers to support client progression and recovery Create a welcoming, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients Champion accessibility, particularly for minority genders, trans clients, and people with diverse needs Help grow the service as demand increases About You Qualified in Sports Massage Therapy (Level 3 minimum) Insured (if self-employed) and up-to-date with professional development Passionate about inclusive practice and trauma-informed care Comfortable working within a gym environment and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and great with people Committed to our core values of equity, empowerment, and community Salary Options Employed : £8,320/year based on 8 hours/week Self-employed : 50/50 revenue split We’ll work with you to choose the model that suits you best.
