Hodge Hill College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our school as a Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate will join the Inclusion Faculty, overseen by the Director of Enhanced Provision. We are a forward-looking school with a vision to become an outstanding, vibrant learning community for pupils aged 11 to 16, committed to high standards and ambitious plans for improving facilities. Responsibilities
* Work within the Inclusion Faculty to support pupils, particularly those with individual and complex needs.
* Demonstrate a calm and steady manner, effective communication, and be a positive role model for students.
* Contribute to delivering outstanding educational outcomes and support a dynamic and innovative learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support a successful and motivated team focused on student achievement.
* Engage with school initiatives to improve facilities and student experience as part of a growing educational setting.
Qualifications and requirements
* Experience of, or an interest in, working with young people, particularly those with individual and complex needs.
* Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a classroom setting.
* Ability to be a positive role model for students and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
