Were seeking a confident Front of House / Executive Assistant to join a dynamic investment business in central Leeds. This is a varied, hands-on role, responsible for both client-facing duties and top-tier support to the Office Head and wider Investment Team.
While the office can be lively, there are days where the atmosphere is extremely quiet
so were looking for someone comfortable working in a pin-drop-silent environment and who can adapt their energy accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House duties
: welcoming guests, setting up meeting rooms, liaising with building management, and managing office supplies.
Executive Support
: 1:1 EA support to the Office Head plus ad hoc assistance to the investment team.
Diary Management
: Managing complex diaries, scheduling high volumes of meetings and resolving conflicts ahead of time.
Travel & Meeting Coordination
: Booking travel, meeting rooms, and catering.
CRM Management
: Keeping systems up to date with contacts, documents, and meetings.
Document Management
: Creating and tracking NDAs, filing documentation accurately and timely.
Events
: Organising client and internal events
from budgeting and venue sourcing to managing invites and logistics.
General Admin
: Expenses (via Concur), preparing presentations and reports, and supporting wider team admin needs.
Team Collaboration
: Providing cover for other EAs/PAs in the office and assisting during periods of leave.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a PA/EA supporting at a senior executive level.
Prior front of house or office management experience is a must.
Strong communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Highly organised
, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
Experienced in managing complex diaries and event planning.
Comfortable in a quiet, professional office environment.
Tech-savvy with excellent MS Office skills and ideally experience in CRM systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
Previous experience in financial services, investment, or professional services is highly desirable.
