Technical Skills
* RF Circuit Design and Testing
o Designing and simulating RF circuits (amplifiers, oscillators, mixers).
o Experience with PCB layout for high‑frequency signals.
o Hands‑on testing with spectrum analysers, network analysers, signal generators.
* Antenna Design and Measurement
o Designing, simulating, and optimizing antennas.
o Conducting antenna pattern measurements and gain tests.
o Wireless Communication Systems.
* Working with protocols and standards (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G, etc.).
* Familiarity with modulation schemes and multiplexing techniques.
* RF simulation software (ADS, HFSS, CST, MATLAB) for circuit/antenna/system design.
* Good experience within wider digital electronics and embedded systems engineering fields.
* Exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept generation through to product release including demonstrable experience of delivering your designs into service/mass production.
* Possession of a good understanding of the regulatory landscape of the UK, EU and US and a proven track record of designing for compliance with appropriate standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable explaining complex engineering concepts to both a technical and non‑technical audience.

* Energy and enthusiasm to take on unfamiliar challenges, coupled with the ability to innovate and think freely.

Qualifications
* Degree qualified – a good degree in electronic engineering or a related subject.
* The ability to gain UK SC security clearance if not already acquired (in practice, this requires sole UK nationality).
