Benefits of a Service Advisor:
Basic salary up to £24,960 per annum
Bonus potential up to £560 per month, with an OTE of £31,680
Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00am – 5:00pm
No weekend work

Friendly and supportive working environmentDuties of a Service Advisor:
Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Advise customers on products, services, and dealership promotions
Manage bookings for workshop services and ensure efficient scheduling
Process service and sales transactions accurately, including invoicing and payments
Maintain effective administration and filing systems
Support workshop operations by providing updates and managing customer expectations
Handle cash, banking, and credit transactions professionally
Assist in stock management and presentation
Ensure the working environment remains clean, professional, and compliant with health and safety protocolsRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Sales & Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident in handling sales transactions and basic administrative tasks
Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence is essential
