Role: Business Analyst (Water Utility experience)
Location: Bradford, UK (1 Day per week)

Key Accountabilities:
Lead Business Analysis activities on multiple change initiatives, delivering requirements specifications capable of being used to develop IT based services (bespoke software solutions, third party products and cloud-based solutions);
Translating business needs into specific requirements including UI design; Data models; Business procedural changes and Interface designs
Ensure thorough use of the Requirements Engineering model including elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation and traceability of requirements
Use the appropriate elicitation techniques such as interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, conducting surveys to capture requirements accurately
Develop AS-IS and TO-BE business process models using defined standards, and use gap analysis to support delivery of any transition plans needed to reach the target situation
Manage stakeholder communication at all levels
Ensure that User Acceptance Testing takes place for all deliverables and support any associated testing activities
Support the delivery of suitable solutions which meet business requirements

Desirable:
Previous experience gained within the water or waste water sectors or within the broader utilities sectors
Previous experience working on projects involving legacy platform replacement and data migration
Professional qualification in Business Analysis (E.g. BCS Business Analysis certification / Diplomas, Lean Six Sigma)
Professional qualification in Agile Methodology, ideally Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
