About the Role
You’ll be involved in a broad range of contentious matters, including:
* Trusts litigation – advising on disputes involving high-net-worth individuals and complex trust structures
* Corporate and commercial disputes – including shareholder and director conflicts
* Civil litigation – covering a wide spectrum of commercial claims
This role offers exposure to high-profile cases and the chance to work alongside some of the most respected litigators in the offshore market.
About You
* Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland (or another UK/Irish jurisdiction)
* Has solid experience in commercial or civil litigation
* Demonstrates strong analytical and advocacy skills
* Is commercially astute and confident in managing client relationships
