The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students with Autism and learning difficulties.
* Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
* Support students' academic, social and emotional development.
* Work closely with Teaching Assistants, Therapists and Senior Leaders.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of complex learning needs.
* Contribute to EHCP targets and student progress reviews.
* Support students with life skills, independence and personal development.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Previous experience working within a specialist SEN school setting
Strong understanding of Autism and learning difficulties
Ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues
A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
Comfortable supporting personal care when required
Available to work full-time (Monday-Friday)
Open to a long-term role with the potential to become permanent
