Role Overview
We are seeking strong staff to support the delivery of a client redress project over a fixed period. The ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail, strong process discipline, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
While previous experience in financial services or call centre environments (especially handling complaints) is preferred, it is not essential.

This role may involve handling incoming and outgoing client calls related to the redress process, so strong communication skills and professionalism are key.

Key Responsibilities
* Accurately complete and manage end-to-end processes associated with the redress project.
* Handle client calls professionally and sensitively, providing clear information and gathering required details.
* Maintain high attention to detail and adhere to strict quality and compliance standards.
* Learn and navigate new systems quickly and apply them confidently.
* Work with confidential client information in a compliant and secure manner.
* Collaborate within the project team to ensure milestones and service levels are met.

Preferred Experience
* Experience in financial services, call centres, or similar regulated environments.
* Experience handling customer complaints or sensitive client interactions.
* Background in operational, administrative, or process-driven roles.

Essential Skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to follow structured processes consistently.
* Fast learner, particularly with new systems and digital tools.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
* Reliability and commitment to the full assignment.

Additional Information
* Training will be provided, and candidates must be able to pick it up quickly.
