Job Purpose / Overview
Power systems & Protection engineering working within the Sellafield Infrastructure Strategic Alliance CE&I design team. The work will be directly linked to the Sellafield Electrical Distribution Network Upgrade Project.
Role Description:
1. Creation and updating the projects working ETAP model.
2. Production of fault calculations.
Essential Experience:
3. Working knowledge of BS EN 60909 Fault Calculations.
4. Working knowledge of power distributions modelling software.
5. Experience with protection and control systems (11kV & 400V)
Desirable Experience:
6. Experience of Sellafield Design Processes.
7. Experience with other CAD tools namely Trimble, ERACs and Digsilent.
8. Experience with IEC61850 and power systems SCADAs.
9. Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership with relevant discipline.
