This involves working with data, investigating, and resolving problems and communicating with colleagues, to complete transactions. Working within a fast paced, operational environment means that your skills and activity really counts towards your team's ability to achieve their objectives. What you'll do: This role will manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events These activities include revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Actions. Identifies policy gaps and makes suggestions to support the streamlining of related work processes Timely escalation of all requests / inquiries / issues / errors Applies a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the wider team/working group Utilizes good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders, and to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information What we'll need from you: Evidence of ability to manage multiple tasks and working towards deadlines. Strong, influential communicator who is articulate and concise and can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with working in a team environment and being initiative-taking in recommending improvements to existing processes Has a creative and have a structured approach to problem solving.
