£27,000 – £30,000 per year (DOE)
We are an independent countryside pub with letting rooms and a growing wedding and private events venue business.
We specialise in creating elegant, nature-inspired English countryside weddings that feel intimate, relaxed and beautifully personal.
With increasing demand for weddings, celebrations and private dining events, we are seeking a proactive and organised Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to support and develop this key department.
This is a hands-on role combining client communication, venue sales and on-the-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing wedding and event enquiries from first contact to confirmation
* Conducting venue show-rounds and converting enquiries into bookings
* Preparing proposals, contracts and tracking deposits
* Managing the wedding and events calendar
* Creating detailed function sheets and wedding day schedules
* Working closely with kitchen, bar and FOH teams
* Acting as lead co-ordinator on event days
* Driving event sales and identifying revenue opportunities (rooms, food & beverage packages, upgrades)

Requirements
* Previous experience in weddings, events, venue sales or hotel hospitality
* Experience within a wedding venue, countryside venue or hotel preferred
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service
* Commercial awareness and ability to support sales targets
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Weekend availability essential
