Role
: full-time, permanent
Hours : 9:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday - Friday
Key tasks include:
1. File creation
2. Legal audio transcription and copy typing
3. Assisting with reception duties
4. Diary management
5. Filing and general administration, including incoming and outgoing post
6. Assisting with reception duties
7. Generally assist in all aspects of private client and commercial property work
Skills and experience:
8. Previous experience as a legal secretary
9. High word-processing and audio-typing skills
10. IT literacy
11. Confident and organised individual who is able to work on their own initiative
12. Great time management
13. Familiar with Microsoft Office and case management systems
14. Strong communication & interpersonal skills
15. Attention to detail
