Job Description: Baker
Patisserie Mark Bennett consists of an award-winning artisan bakery, with 6 café locations across Poole and Christchurch.
This opportunity as a Baker is to join a passionate, food loving team, who's number one aim is to provide delicious baked goods. The team currently consists of 13 bakers and the owner, Mark Bennett, plus our front-of-house team. You may also be required to help out with driving the van for deliveries to clients and shops.In this role you will take responsibility for:
* Working roughly 45 hours a week.
* Helping the team to produce artisan bread, pastries, confectionary and other baked goods, on a shift basis, for sale at our cafés.
* Keeping a clean and tidy workspace and ensuring the bakery is ready for the next day.
You will report to Tim Mann (General Manager).. This is a full time, permanent position.Benefits:

Schedule:
5 days per week – must be available to work weekends.
You will be based at our Bakehouse location.
