Remuneration: £12.36 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a GP Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in our practise, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Your daily tasks will include:
* Greeting patients with a smile and providing exceptional customer service
* Managing appointments efficiently and accurately
* Handling patient inquiries and directing them to the appropriate resources
* Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
* Collaborating with the medical team to ensure smooth operations
* Performing administrative tasks as needed to support the practise
* Must have experience of EMIS
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
* Proficient in using computer systems and managing data
* Experienced in a healthcare setting (preferred but not essential)
