Personal Assistant Location: Eaglescliffe
Hours: 12 per week (flexible – days/hours to be negotiated)
Pay: £13.50 per hour + mileage allowance
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Personal Assistant to join an established support team assisting a lady living in her own home in the Eaglescliffe area. There are two dogs, one elderly, so a pet-friendly attitude is essential. This role involves providing day-to-day running of household expenditure, practical support, collection of medications, including escorting to GP appointments, hospital consultations, and helping with everyday tasks and administration. Due to the nature of the role, female applicants only can be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal support, companionship and general daily living support
* Assist with managing chronic health conditions
* Escort to medical appointments and other outings
* Support with administrative tasks and computer-based work
About You
* Flexible and empathetic approach to care
* Good IT skills (essential)
* Experience supporting individuals with chronic health conditions
* Own vehicle and valid driving licence (mileage allowance provided)
