Part-Time Internal Sales Representative

Hours: Part-Time 32 hours per week

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for a proactive Internal Sales Representative to support our territory sales managers and drive business growth across your area.
What You'll Be Doing
In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our sales operations, helping to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with Territory Sales Managers to grow volume, revenue, and product mix
* Generating new business through prospecting and lead sourcing (Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, CRM reports)
* Managing area accounts using sales tools and ensuring all interactions are logged accurately
* Handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
* Following up on quotes, tracking outcomes, and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting bids and major contracts in partnership with the Bid Team and other departments
* Working with the cash sales team to qualify and price opportunities
* Producing reports such as GZ and ancillary pricing
* Assisting with special projects and contributing to team meetings
