We have an exciting opportunity to join our twilight service as an Evening Community Nurse. You will join a caring and supportive team of Community Nurses and Healthcare Assistants where individual development and progression are key and teamwork is at the centre.
This is a part-time opportunity working 11 hours with service hours typically being 17:00-22:30 across 2 shifts. Your focus will be to offer advice and support to housebound service users in their own homes to promote their well-being and independence alongside an experienced healthcare assistant.
We are a child-friendly team, and this role is perfect for balancing work and family life. As the role starts at 5pm, there is flexibility for school runs and other commitments.
We offer an individually tailored induction programme to suit your needs and interests and to help you develop your skills to be the best they can be, as well as preceptorships for newly qualified nurses along with other Continuous Professional Development opportunities.
