What you’ll do:
* Lead and inspire: Build a team that delivers first-class residential and dementia care.
* Raise the bar: Push standards higher than “good enough.” Shape a culture where continuous improvement is the norm.
* Engage and influence: Work with staff, families, and residents to create an environment where care feels personal.
* Ensure compliance: Run the home with precision—hitting CQC, NMC, and operational requirements without compromise.
* Deliver results: Manage budgets, performance, and resources with the same rigor you bring to clinical care.
What you bring:
* RGN or RMN qualification with active NMC pin.
* Proven track record managing a care home or nursing service.
* Leadership chops—experience mentoring, motivating, and holding staff accountable.
* The resilience, honesty, and organisation of someone who knows this is more than a job—it’s a responsibility.
