We are seeking a SEND Development Officer to support statutory EHCP processes by integrating systems and digital platforms to improve information sharing, data capture, and response times to families and partners.
This role will focus on enhancing SEND processes for efficient delivery, data reporting, and quality monitoring. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to manipulate data reports to support internal and external performance management.
You will oversee staff responsible for administrative functions related to EHC Needs Assessments and Annual Reviews, requiring a solid understanding of SEND processes and the 2015 Code of Practice.
Knowledge of the Capita One system is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
