What You'll Do
* Provide visible, compassionate leadership and line management to a dedicated team of DARS professionals.
* Ensure individuals accessing our services receive evidence-based, person-centred care.
* Maintain a small clinical caseload, allowing you to stay connected to frontline practice.
* Collaborate with colleagues across North Highland to strengthen local pathways and drive service development.
What We're Looking For
* A qualified nurse practitioner with a non-medical prescribing qualification.
* Significant experience in addiction treatment interventions.
* A confident leader with a commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative working.
* Willingness to travel across a large geographical area, with flexibility to use digital tools (e.g. MS Teams, Attend Anywhere) where appropriate.
You will provide line management, local leadership, support and supervision to DARS staff, ensuring that individuals accessing service receive evidence based care within localities. In addition you will be responsible for a small case load.
