About the Role As the Event Coordinator at Eldercare's Head Office, you will play a key role in creating well-organised and meaningful corporate events that will bring our staff together- from launch events, to our biannual business gatherings, to our annual Corporate Christmas Party and everything in-between. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate end-to-end delivery of events, managing expectations and budgets Liaise with venues, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution Undertake event-specific tasks including setup/pack-down, staff briefings, and stakeholder management Ensure brand consistency across all event activities Prepare reports and maintain templates, guides and procedures for events Collaborate with the Marketing team and provide support as required What You Will Bring Experience in Event Coordination A team player with a collaborative approach Ability to work autonomously A can-do attitude Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships A high level of attention to detail Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines This is an ideal role for someone looking for flexibility and balance.
