Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer
Job Type: Days based, Perm
Location: Nailsworth
Hours: 39hrs Mon-Fri / Flexitime (option to work 39hrs over 4 days)
Pay: £18-£20ph DOE
Our client manufactures components for the MOD sector and for special purpose built machines. They’re actively looking for a CNC Miller who can help the team push new heights as they are limited currently by their head count.
The Role
* CNC milling, programming, setting, and operating Hurco 3-axis machines (Hurco experience not essential)
* Manufacturing components primarily for MOD and special purpose-built machinery
* Working on small batch and low-volume work (1-off to 50-off)
* Machining to tight tolerances (down to 5 microns)
* Materials include stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium

* Small, close-knit team of 10 on site

* Company is performing very well and expanding due to increased workload
Training & Development
* Open to training candidates who do not currently have Hurco control experience
