About the role
As Social Media Content Manager, you will be responsible for bringing PANGAIAs brand to life across our social platforms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams and external creators, you will develop and execute engaging, social‑first content that connects with our community and drives brand awareness and engagement. You will combine creativity with structure — planning, creating and optimizing content while staying closely aligned with our tone of voice and broader brand narrative.
This role requires a strong storyteller with a visual eye, who understands how to translate brand, product and impact stories into content that performs in a fast‑moving social landscape.
A day in the life
* Plan and develop engaging, social‑first content for Instagram and TikTok
* Create, film and edit short‑form video content across key formats
* Own and manage the social content calendar, aligned with launches and key moments
* Write clear, engaging captions in line with our tone of voice
* Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce high‑quality content
* Identify and act on social trends, formats and opportunities relevant to the brand
* Monitor performance and use insights to optimize content and improve engagement
* Ensure consistency and quality across all social channels
Requirements
* 3–5+ years of experience in social media content creation or management in fashion brands
* Proven ability to create engaging, high‑performing content for Instagram and TikTok, with a strong understanding of platform dynamics and trends
* Strong storytelling skills with a clear understanding of visual identity, composition and short‑form video content
* Hands‑on experience in content creation, including filming and editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, mobile editing tools)
* Experience planning and managing content calendars aligned with brand, campaign and commercial objectives
* Solid understanding of social media KPIs, performance tracking and content optimization
* Ability to translate brand, product and sustainability topics into engaging, accessible social content
* Experience working with creators, influencers or external partners, including briefing and content development
* Familiarity with LLM/AI tools to support content ideation, caption writing and scaling content production
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
