We are offering an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our team in a forward thinking radiotherapy department at Velindre Cancer Service in Cardiff.
Main duties of the job
To act as the first point of contact in answering all calls received at radiotherapy reception and to re-direct visitors who arrive at the reception desk all in a courteous and helpful manner.
To receive and record patients into computerised system for their treatment.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent including English and Mathematics
Experience

* Previous experience in a role that has direct contact with the public/client
* Previous experience of working within an office environment
