We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team in Market Rasen, supporting the Store Manager. You will ensure the smooth operation of the retail store, including managing stock, cash, equipment, and facilities, while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability
* Coaching and motivating sales associates to deliver high customer service levels and maintain a customer-ready store
* Maintaining store appearance and retail operation standards according to brand guidelines
* Ensuring operational policies and procedures are followed
* Understanding and contributing to store KPIs to achieve targets
* Leading by example with a hands-on approach, enthusiasm, and passion for customer experience
* Creating a supportive environment for staff and customers
* Handling store opening and closing responsibilities and taking charge when necessary
* Ideally, having a background in retail/hospitality with some agricultural or lifestyle experience
* Communicating effectively in English, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
